Our philosophy

Organic & Clean

In our kitchen you will only find organic ingredients, because it matters. We focus on clean and whole foods to nourish the bodymind. In cooperation with local suppliers we source the freshest fruit and vegetables for our meals.

All meal elements are homemade and without preservatives and additives.

We use sea salt.

Seed oil - free

Everything we cook is prepared with organic and virgin coconut- and olive oil. We also love to use grass-fed beef tallow. We believe that those are the best options for maintaining and creating health and well-being. By choosing low PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acids) you will not find soy, corn, canola, rapeseed oil etc. in our kitchen.

Industrial seed and vegetable oils are highly processed, refined products. They are linked to inflammation, obesity and various diseases.
