I've used journaling in various times of my life and have benefited greatly. But there have been times when I effortlessly wrote several pages each day, and other times when I completely neglected the practice. This inconsistency often led to a backlog of thoughts and experiences, causing me to feel overwhelmed and eventually give up on writing altogether. That's precisely why I started using the 5-Minute Journal last year. I made a commitment to use it every day, thinking that five minutes couldn't be too difficult to spare, right?!
